With a Master’s in Psychology and an MBA in HR, she brings expertise and heart to every project she undertakes. as the Director of Glamour Production, Dishika now empowers aspiring talent to shine in the entertainment industry.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dishika is deeply involved in charitable work as an active member of Banaras-based NGO “Helping Hands.” She frequently organizes food donations for shelters, showing her commitment to uplifting those in need. Her love for animals drives her vision of creating a dedicated old age home and an animal shelter, reflecting her true passion for service and care.
Arshika has been a dedicated Girl Scout for 7 years and currently serves as the junior secretary for Troop #46867. In addition to her leadership role in scouting, she is an athlete, playing junior varsity basketball and regional volleyball. Arshika is also passionate about painting; one of her favorite pieces was gifted to the General Consulate of India in Seattle. Arshika is deeply committed to her community. She is working on a Silver Award with her troop, dedicating time to environmental conservation by cleaning trails and planting trees.
Neha is an IT professional and mother of two boys. She is originally from Uttar Pradesh and excited to contribute to UPP Pariwar community.

Neeti moved to the USA 42 years ago and has lived in Ohio, NJ, CA, NC, and now in Bellevue, where she has been for 25 years. She works at the Swedish Medical Center in Issaquah. Neeti enjoys dancing, cooking, and going on road trips. She has performed in many shows with local choreographers. Neeti has volunteered for 15 years as a camp doctor with IAWW/IACS and also served as President and a board member. She has volunteered at Gurukul for 15 years. Neeti is passionate about giving back to the community. She lives with her husband, in-laws, and two adult children.
